Shipping policy

Your orders are generally shipped by air cargo and can take few days to reach you depending on your location. An estimated time frame of delivery will be advised at the time of receipt of the order.
While we will do our best to adhere to delivery on time, the shipments nowadays may take longer than usual to reach you due to pandemic which has affected postal and distribution system around the world.
You will get a tracking number of our courier service which will enable you to track your parcel. We are here to support you and ensure you get goods as per schedule.

Is shipping free?

No. There will be charges for shipping which will be advised at the time of placing your order, along with estimated time of delivery. If there are more than one mode of shipments, you can select the one that suits you.
What happened in case my order gets stuck OR In case lost during shipment?
All goods are sent by an insured shipping. You can start tracking your order as soon as it is despatched. In an unlikely scenario of your goods getting stuck at the customs or sent back or lost during the delivery process, don’t worry. We will claim the money from the insurance and send you the same product again with a new tracking detail.

RETURN POLICY
Our products are unique, handmade and sourced from authentic craftsmen. Many products are ‘made to order’ which means they will be made especially for you! Hence our return policy is strict yet flexible. We will explain the intricate details at the time of purchase so that you know what you are buying before paying us. The goods purchased from us can be returned within seven working days from the date of delivery after informing us the valid reason for return. We reserve the right to deny refund if the reason for return is not credible.
